早期康复训练对脑梗死患者认知功能和生活质量的影响

Effect of early rehabilitation training to cognitive function and life quality on patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨早期康复训练对脑梗死患者认知功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2014年12月本院收治的64例脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,研究组患者给予早期康复训练,对照组患者病情稳定后进行功能锻炼,采用简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)评价两组患者入院时及治疗后3个月的认知功能,采用生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI)评价两组患者的生活质量。比较两组患者MMSE及GQOLI各因子评分差异。结果两组患者入院时MMSE各因子及GQOLI各维度评分比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后3个月两组患者定向力、记忆力、注意力和计算力、回忆能力和语言能力评分均较入院时增加(P<0.05),研究组患者各因子评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月两组患者生活状态、躯体功能、心理功能及社会功能各维度评分均较入院时增加(P<0.05),研究组患者各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复功能训练能够改善脑梗死患者的认知功能,提高其生活质量,具有较好的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation training to cognitive function and life quality on patients with cerebral infarction.Method 64 cases of patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected and divided into control group and study group,32 cases in each group.Patients in study group were taken early rehabilitation training,and patients in control group were taken rehabilitation training in rehabilitation stage.The scores of minimum mental state examination（MMSE） and generic quality of life inventory（GQOLI） gauge were compard between the two groups.Result All factor scores of MMSE and GQOLI gauge were indifferent between the two groups at hospital admission（P〉0.05）,3 months after therapy,factor score of directional force,memory,attention and computational power,rememebe and laguage in MMSE gauge were increased in two groups（P〈0.05）,and factor score was of study group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）,dimension score of material life condition,physical function,mental function and social function in GQOLI gauge were increased in two groups（P 〈0.05）,and study group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early rehabilitation training can enhance cognitive function,improve quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction,and has good clinical effect.
