抗战胜利后,针对国民政府的独裁统治,批判官僚资本的高潮兴起。批判者有共产党人、民主党派人士、学者和少数国民党人。1946年是批判官僚资本的高潮年。本文搜集当年发表的有关文献,按发表时间次序作出要点介绍,并予以适当的评说。

After victory of the war of resistance against Japan,a climax to criticize bureaucratic capital was started. The critics included members of Communist Party,staffs of democratic parties,scholars and few of member of Kuomintang. The criticism was formatted climax in 1946. This paper has three sections. The first is total exposition. The second is centrally analysis on the views in on Bureaucratic Capital. The third is commentary on other main views.
