摘要
本文从大学英语四、六级综合考试(CET)与口语测试(CET-SET)成绩相关性分析的视角,依据反拨效应理论,使用SPSS分析工具及关联访谈,实证研究了5177名江苏省高校考生CET和CET-SET成绩相关性对英语教学的反拨效应。分析结果表明,目前考试机制所产生的两种成绩在0.01显著水平的基础上的相关系数为.215**,呈现正相关;CET-SET成绩能够较好反映应试者的真实英语水平,对外语教学产生一定的正面反拨效应。进一步的问卷调查和访谈结果表明,目前CET和CET-SET在提高测试内容的关联性、真实性及测试内容互动性等方面还有很大的进步空间,这也是以后大学英语测试设计需不断改进的重要方向。
Based on Washback Theory, this paper carries out an empirical study of washback from correlation between5177 college students' CET and CET-SET scores on College English Test related person by applying SPSS and associated interviews. The results indicate that the correlation coefficient between CET and CET-SET is 0.215**at0.01 significant level, presenting positive correlation; the CET-SET score can basically show the reality of the candidates English level and have a positive backwash effect on foreign language teaching. Further questionnaire and interview show that there is a long way to go in improving the tests' reality, content relevance, and sufficiency. This is also the future direction of the improvement of college English tests.
