超声测量股骨近端间距在胎儿并腿畸形诊断中的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨超声测量股骨近端间距诊断胎儿并腿畸形的价值。方法收集正常胎儿210胎、并腿畸形胎儿8胎、下肢发育异常胎儿26胎,测量股骨近端间距,并进行统计学分析。结果正常胎儿股骨近端间距测值随孕周增大而增大。并腿畸形胎儿股骨近端间距明显小于正常胎儿(P<0.001)。下肢发育异常胎儿股骨近端间距与正常胎儿比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声测量胎儿股骨近端间距方法简单、快捷、实用,可以作为诊断胎儿并腿畸形的一项新的指标。 Objective To explore the value on fetus with sirenomelia by measuring the distance between proximal femur. Methods The distance between the proximal femur were measured and analyzed in 210 normal fetuses, 8 fetuses with si- renomelia and 26 fetuses with lower extremities' abnormality. Results Normal fetal femur pitch measurement value in- creased with increasing gestational age. The distance between the proximal femur in fetus with sirenomelia was significantly smaller than that in normal fetus (P〈0. 001). The distance between the proximal femur in fetus with lower extremities ab- normality had no significant difference with that in normal fetus (P〉0.05). Conclusion The method to measure the dis- tance between the proximal femur is simple, fast, practical, easy to use in obstetrics screening system, which can be used as a new diagnostic index for sirenomelia.
