补中益气汤加减联合穴位敷贴治疗功能性消化不良的临床观察

Clinical observation of the tonic gas tonga taste with acupoint sticking therapy for functional dyspepsia

目的:观察补中益气汤加减联合穴位敷贴治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:选择功能性消化不良患者120例,随机分为两组各60例。观察组予补中益气汤加减联合穴位敷贴治疗,对照组予多潘立酮和雷尼替丁治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为91.7%,对照组为66.7%。两组总有效率比较,差异显著(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组。结论:补中益气汤加减联合穴位敷贴治疗功能性消化不良效果良好。

Objective To observe the tonic gas tonga taste with acupoint sticking therapy the curative effect of functional dyspepsia. Method Choose 120 cases of functional dyspepsia patients,randomly divided into 2 groups（n=60）. Treatment group to save gas tonga taste with acupoint sticking therapy,the control group to ranitidine Pan Li ketone and treatment,observe clinical curative effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.7%,the control group was 66.7%. Two groups total effective rate,significant differences（P〈0.05）,treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.Conclusion save gas tonga subtraction with acupoint sticking therapy functional dyspepsia effect is good.
