域外高校大学生法治教育先行经验考察

Study on the Experience of Law-related Education of College Students in Foreign Countries

各国要全面推进法治皆离不开教育,法治教育的发展关系到整个国家的国民素质。我国作为后发型法治国家,虚心学习国外先行经验,是稳步发展、长足进步的基础。美国、日本、新加坡等域外国家是公认的法治教育比较完善的国家,多年来致力于高校法治教育的改革创新,不仅历史悠久,在教育理念、教学内容、实践模式等方面为我国高校法治教育提供了丰富的经验。比较分析境外高校大学生法治教育的概况,同样可以吸收来自不同视角的经验之谈。

Development of law education is related to the quality of the citizens of the whole country. States to fully promote the rule of law are inseparable from education. As a later-developed country of ruling by the law, it is the foundation of steady development and great progress to be with an open mind to learn from foreign experience. The United States, Japan, Singapore are the foreign countries accepted with relatively perfect education of the ＂rule of law＂ country. For many years they have engaged in the reform and innovation of legal education in colleges and universities, besides a long history, providing rich experience to China in terms of educational idea, teaching content, practice mode for the rule of law education. Comparative analysis of foreign legal education among college students can also absorb the lessons of experience from different perspectives.
