某铀矿床矿石酸、碱柱浸试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨某铀矿床矿石浸出性能,获得不同浸出工艺条件下铀矿浸出特征及相关参数,分别对铀矿石进行了酸法与碱法柱浸对比试验。试验结果表明,酸法浸出效果远远优于碱法浸出效果,其铀浸出率约为碱浸3倍,平均铀浓度高于碱浸3.7倍,且酸度越高,浸出液铀浓度越高,铀浸出速度越快。酸法浸出是该铀矿床可行的铀浸出工艺。 Acid and alkaline column leaching uranium tests for a uranium ore have been finished respectively in different leaching process condition in order to depent on leaching properties of uranium ore,and to obtain uranium leaching characteristics and related in-site leaching parameters. Test results of column leaching uranium have shown that the effect of acid leaching is much better than the effect of alkaline leaching uranium. Uranium leaching rate of acid leaching is about three times as much as that of alkaline leaching,and the average uranium concentration of leaching solution is more 3. 7 times than that of alkaline leaching. The higher acidity is,the higher U concentration of solution is and the faster of the leaching rate is. Acid leaching is feasible uranium leaching process for the uranium deposit.
