摘要 由于各种理化因素或炎症长期反复作用于肝脏,引起肝细胞变性、坏死、增生和肝纤维结缔组织的增生和沉积[1],称为肝纤维化。如未及时对其进行控制和治疗,严重者可发展为肝硬化、肝癌,严重威胁人类的健康与生活质量[2]。建立标准和理想的肝纤维化动物模型,模拟人类肝纤维化状态,
