临床护理路径在消化性溃疡病患者中的实施效果

Clinical Nursing Path in Effect in Patients with Peptic Ulcer

目的:探究消化性溃疡患者实施临床护理路径后取得的效果。方法:择取2013年5月至2015年6月期间于本医院行消化性溃疡治疗的200例患者,随机抽取100例患者行常规护理(对照组),其余100例患者行临床护理路径(研究组)。对比两组患者的护理结果。结果:无论是疾病知识知晓率、依从度评分还是患者满意度,研究组均要优于对照组,统计学有差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于消化性溃疡患者,临床护理路径可以提高其对疾病的认识、对护理的配合。

Objective：To explore the effect after the implementation of clinical nursing path in patients with peptic ulcer achieved. Method：choose to take in May 2013 to June 2015 period in the author hospital for 200 patients with peptic ulcer treatment, 100 randomly selected patients who underwent usual care （control group）, and the remaining 100 patients rows of clinical nursing pathway （research group）. Compare the results of two groups of patients care. Results：Neither disease knowledge awareness,compliance scores or patient satisfaction, the study group were better than the control group, significant differences（ P d0.05）. Conclusion：For patients with peptic ulcer,clinical nursing pathway can raise awareness of the disease,nursing coordination.
