密闭式负压护理在心胸外科伤口渗液管理中的应用体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨密闭式负压护理在心胸外科伤口渗液管理中的作用。方法:将2011年1月至2015年12月间的45例心胸外科伤口渗液患者,随机分为观察组(23例)与对照组(22例)。对照组选择新型伤口敷料进行湿性换药,观察组给予密闭式负压伤口护理,比较两组患者的伤口愈合时间、舒适度的差异。结果:观察组伤口愈合时间为(19.44±4.83)d,舒适度VAS评分(6.21±1.44);对照组伤口愈合时间为(22.28±4.56)d,舒适度VAS评分(4.87±1.27),两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:密闭式负压护理能使心胸外科伤口渗液患者伤口愈合时间缩短,使患者舒适度增加,在伤口渗液管理中具有很好的应用价值。
