摘要 伴开（牙合）的反（牙合）常是临床较难矫治的错（牙合）畸形之一,其形成多与上下颌骨三维方向上的不调有关.临床上常根据该类畸形的严重程度选择不同的治疗方法.严重的骨性不调,需要通过手术纠正,对拒绝手术的中重度患者,临床上只能通过矫治错（牙合）牙齿来掩饰颌骨畸形.我们利用上颌种植体支抗Ⅲ类牵引矫治骨性Ⅲ类反（牙合）伴开（牙合）病例1例,获得了较好的临床疗效.现报告如下.
