摘要
员工抱怨是组织内普遍存在的一种现象,某种程度上也存在着一定的危害性。在组织行为研究领域,职场抱怨行为并未引起学者们的太多关注,特别是有关员工抱怨的动机、抱怨的内容、产生抱怨行为的影响因素,以及抱怨产生的后果等方面的研究还较匮乏。本文试图从一般性抱怨行为的发生过程入手,对职场抱怨行为研究的若干方面进行初步探讨,以期对本领域的学术研究提供初步框架,奠定基础。
Employees' complaining behavior is a widespread phenomenon within organizations, to some extent, is detrimental to organizations. However, workplace complaints have been received little attention from scholars in the Organizational Behavior field. Particularly, few studies have been conducted to explain the motivation, content, consequences of complaining behavior, as well as the factors that affect employees' complaining behavior. As a result, this paper attempts to make a preliminary discussion regarding those questions above, so as to lay the foundation for further research in this topic.
