摘要
在我国经济新常态时期,产业民主作为员工参与企业生产经营管理的方式对构建和谐劳资关系发挥重要作用。国外在产业民主具体运行存在不同模式,本文对越南的非正式员工参与形式、韩国的劳资理事会形式、德国的职工委员会形式进行具体分析,以期为完善我国产业民主实践提供一些启发。
During China economy new normal period, as the method for staffs to participate in company managements, industry democracy has been playing important roles in building harmonious labor relations. There exist different models in the Industry democracy practice of foreign countries. In this paper, it specifically analyses non-formal employee participation pattern of Vietnam, labor-capital council pattern of Korea and employee council pattern of German, hoping to provide some implications for perfecting industry democracy practice of our country.
