摘要 随着现代服务业的快速发展,消费者在购买产品和服务的同时,不仅满足于产品本身的功能特性,同时追求个人品味、寻求刺激或触动人心等方面形成体验。为了满足消费者的心理需求,企业需要制定相应的体验营销策略,让消费者在消费中产生美好的感觉。壹刻蛋糕采用产品体验、环境体验、服务体验、延伸体验等营销策略,并不断在深度调研的基础上对体验营销模式进行创新,以便为连锁餐饮企业在竞争中获得优势,利于不败之地。
