摘要
随着经济全球化进程的推进,跨国公司成为国际贸易中的主角,带动了全球经济的大融合。但由于业务范围扩展到全球各地,而且员工构成多元化,不同文化间的差异显著,不同文化背景下的员工之间缺乏了解和沟通,导致一定程度的文化摩擦和冲突。现通过构建统一的企业价值观体系、加强跨文化培训、扩展文化沟通渠道和加强跨文化整合等措施,加强跨文化管理活动,以破解和消除文化冲突。
with the development of economic globalization,the Multi-National Corporation has become the leading role in the international trade, which has led to the great integration of the global economy.However, due to the expansion of business scope around the world, and the diversity of employees,there is a significant difference between different cultures, the lack of understanding and communication between employees in different backgrounds,leading to a certain degree of cultural friction and conflict.Through the construction of a unified enterprise values system, to strengthen cross-cultural training, expand cultural communication channels and strengthen cross cultural integration and other measures,strengthening cross-cultural management activities to crack and eliminate cultural conflict.
