基于需求分析的高职项目化课程改革效度评价指标构建 被引量:6

Construction of Evaluation Indexes on Validity of Project Reform Curriculum in Higher Vocational Education Based on Dimension Need Analysis

摘要 当前高职项目化课程改革普遍存在忽视课程属性和课程相关群体需求等问题,在调查研究与高职项目化课程改革相关的行业企业专家、教师、学生和职业教育专家等四个群体对课程需求的基础上,通过对调查数据进行主成分分析,将相关群体对课程的需求因子聚类为4个维度12个主因子和44个观测点,从课程建设、课程实施、课程改革绩效和学业评价等维度,构建了高职项目(任务)化课程改革效度评价指标体系,并提出了课程改革效度评价实施的基本流程、管理机制、评价队伍的组建和评价原则等方法和要素。 At present,the pervading problems of the project-based curriculum reformin higher vocational educationinclude the neglect of the nature of the curriculum and the demands of the relevant groups and so on,based onthe research about the demands for course requirements related to the tbur relevant groups including Industry and enterprise experts, teachers, students and occupation education experts of the project-based curriculum reform,by principal component analysis of the survey data,clustering the demand factors of the groups into 4 dimensions, 12 principal factors and 44 observation points.From the dimensions of curriculum construction, curriculum implementation, curriculum reform performance and academic evaluation, it constructs the evaluation index system of validity of the project-based curriculum reform in higher vocational education, andputs forward the methods and elements incladingbasic process, management mechanism, evaluation team formation and evaluation principlesfor the evaluation of validity of the curriculum reform.
