邯钢2800mm轧机辊系蹿动问题的分析与对策

摘要 辊系的蹿动主要由于辊系间存在轴向力,针对邯铜中板厂2800mm轧机辊系蹿动问题进行深入研究.分析辊系间轴向力产生的原因并进行比较,找出了造成辊系蹿动的根本原因——辊系轴线存在交叉。借助先进的测量仪器三维激光测量仪,准确找到辊系的交叉角度和交叉量。通过对测量数据的分析,提出了解决辊系交叉的方案,并加以实施,最终解决了辊系交叉问题,从根本上消除了轧机辊系蹿动现象。 The roll up problem is mainly due to the axial force between the rolls.In this paper, the roll up problem of rolling mill of the 2800mm of Handan Iron & Steel Group Co. was deeply researched, the reason of the axial force between the rolls was analyzed and compared, and the reason how roll up problem was produced is found that the rolls axes was crossed. Using advanced three-dimensional laser measuring instrument, the cross point and cross vectors of roll system. Through the analysis of the measured data, the solution of roll system crossing was proposed and carried out, and then the roll system cross problem was solved, the roll up phenomenon was fundamentally eliminated.
