摘要
莱铜炼钢厂新区四号转炉自2013年8月投产以来,使用倒锥度氧枪进行冶炼生产,配合使用专用刮渣器,实现转炉吹炼终点提枪后枪身钢渣完全脱落,避免了人工清理氧枪枪身钢渣等高劳动强度、高危险性工作,极大降低了员工工作强度,保障了员工人身安全。同时,因为避免了清理钢渣过程中的人为损坏,提升了氧枪使用寿命,降低了氧枪成本,为企业创造了良好的效益。
Lai steel No. 4 converter since its launch in August 2013, using taper oxygen lance for smelting production, with a dedicated slag scraper, realized that the steel slag completely dropping off after the end. These measures avoid the artificial high labor intensity during cleaning the oxygen and the high risk, greatly reduces the work intensity, to ensure staff safety. At the same time, because of avoiding the artificial damage in the process of cleaning steel slag, improves the life of oxygen lance, reduces the cost of oxygen lance. It make a good benefit for the enterprise.
