产后早期乳头刺激对剖宫产术后母乳喂养的影响

Effectiveness of postpartum early stage nipple stimulation on breastfeeding after cesarean delivery

目的探讨剖宫产术后早期乳头刺激对提高母乳喂养的影响。方法选取120例剖宫产产妇,分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施早期乳头刺激。结果观察组产妇泌乳始动时间提前(P<0.01);产后乳房胀痛程度减轻,新生儿早吮吸情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开展早期乳头刺激有助于促进乳汁分泌,减少乳房胀痛,对于提高母乳喂养有良好的促进作用。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of postpartum early stage nipple stimulation on breastfeeding after cesarean delivery. Methods A total of 120 maternal women after cesarean delivery were divided into the experimental group and the control group. Patients in the control group received routine nurs- ing, while patients in the experimental group received nipple stimulational at the postpartum early stage. Results The initial lactation time of maternal women in the experimental group was earlier than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The breast pain of maternal women in the experimental group was relieved and the newborn suck situation in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Early nipple stimulation can promote milk secretion, reduce breast tenderness, which has a good role in promoting breasffeeding.
