聚焦解决模式在慢性乙型肝炎患者随访管理中的应用效果

The effect of solution- focused approach in follow- up management of chronic hepatitis B patients

目的探讨聚焦解决模式在慢性乙型肝炎患者随访管理中的应用效果。方法选择2014年1月至12月住院治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者120例,分为干预组和对照组各60例,两组均自出院开始进行连续1年的随访,对照组应用常规健康教育方式,干预组应用聚焦解决模式,比较两组随访干预后治疗依从性、自我护理能力及病情复发情况。结果干预后,干预组治疗依从性得分明显高于对照组(P<0.01);自我护理能力实施量表中护理技能、自我概念、健康知识水平维度得分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.01);症状反复、肝功能异常、复发的患者明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在慢性乙型肝炎患者随访管理中应用聚焦解决模式,能够提高患者治疗依从性和自我护理能力,改善康复效果,防止疾病复发。

Objective To evaluate the effect of solution - focused approach in fallow - up management of chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods A total of 120 chronic hepatitis B patients from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2014 were divided into the experimental group and the control group. Both groups received 1 year follow - up since discharge. Patients in the control group received traditional health education, while patients in the experimental group received solution - focused ap- proach. Patients＂ treatment compliance, self - care agency and relapse in the two groups after intervention were compared. Results After intervention, the score of treatment compliance of patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The scores of dimensions of nursing skills, self - concept,health knowledge level in the exercise of self - care agency scale of patients in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.01）. The incidence of symptom recrudesce, liver dysfunction and relapse in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The application of solution - focused approach in follow - up management of chronic hepatitis B patients can enhance patients＇compli- ance and self - care agency, improve treatment effects, and reduce relapse.
