摘要
目的调查新疆精神卫生系统护理人力资源配置现状,探讨其合理配置策略。方法采用问卷对新疆24所精神卫生专科医院和综合医院所设的精神科从事护理工作的全体在岗护士配置现状进行调查。结果 24所医院中床护比只有5所符合10.4的标准,护士人员配置不足;护理队伍合理结构未形成;护理队伍年轻化;合同制护士构成比例高。结论新疆精神卫生护理人力资源配置存在严重短缺。科学合理的配置护理人力资源,改变目前精神科护理人员严重短缺,对提高护理服务质量,确保精神科护理安全及促进本学科发展至关重要。
Objective To investigate the current situation of the nursing human resource allocation in Xinjiang Mental Health System and discuss reasona- ble nurse staffing strategies. Methods Questionnaire survey and statistics processing were used among all the nursing staff in 24 mental health comprehensive and specialized hospitals in Xinjiang. Results Only five hospitals were in accord with the standard ( 1 : 0.4) in bed/nurse ratio in the 24 hospitals, the nursing staff was insufficient. Nursing team structure was not reasonable, nursing staff became younger in average age, and the proportion of contract nurses was high. Conclusion The shortage of mental health nursing human resource allocation in Xinjiang is obvious. Scientific and reasonable allocation of nursing resources and change of the shortage phenomenon are of great importance for improving nursing quality, assuring nursing safety of psychiatry department and the development of this discipline.
