摘要
三磷酸腺苷酶家族蛋白2(ATPase family AAA domain-containing protein 2,ATAD2)是ATP酶家族的新成员。ATAD2编码的蛋白质有两个结构域:AAA区域和溴结构域。ATAD2的结构表明它具有参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡和肿瘤发生发展发相关的多种生物学功能。研究表明ATAD2随着肿瘤的不同进展情况而表达不同,ATAD2在肿瘤中调控细胞生长、增殖、转移的机制及其所处的信号传导通路尚未明确。全文就目前ATAD2研究的进展作一综述。
ATPase family AAA domain-containing protein 2(ATAD2) is a new member of the ATP enzyme family. ATAD2 contains AAA domain and bromodomain. The structure of ATAD2 suggests that it may have functions related to cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis and tumorigenesis.However,It is still unclear how ATAD2 gene regulates tumor cell growth,proliferation,metastasis,and what are the related mechanisms and signal transduction pathway. This article reviews recent research progress of ATAD2 in tumor development and invasion.
