多扇区管制移交间隔管理研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对区域管制多扇区移交间隔管理问题,以管制移交点为参考点,研究在容量限制下不同扇区之间管制移交的空中交通运行特征。在单扇区间隔管理问题的研究基础上,引入间隔向量概念,分析多扇区外围和内部两类移交点的间隔冲突和间隔调整方法,以调控时段内的延误控制为指标,建立区域管制移交间隔管理数学模型,并通过增量矩阵的使用提高算法运行效率。运算结果分析表明,该模型能较好地处理多扇区移交间隔管理问题中间隔值的变化。根据实际的运行数据计算得出各移交点间隔数值,可为管制员的辅助决策提供参考。 From an angle of the researching separation management for transfer of control between sectors,the research focus on air traffic operation characteristics of different categories of control transfer under the capacity constraints,with the transfer of control point as the reference. A model of separation management in a control sector is established based on study of a single sector separation management problem,to analysis different types of transfer point separation conflict and adjustment means. Separation matrix is involved in model with purpose on management of total delay in specified period. The simulation results verify the practicability of the problem and model. The calculated separation value can help the controller decision making.
