摘要
聚合物溶液注入地层的过程中面临的最大的问题是剪切降解而导致聚合物溶液性能下降,进而导致聚驱效果变差,而现场试验测试费时费力且费用较高,所得结果对比分析比较困难;而室内模拟研究的剪切与地层多孔介质的剪切有着本质的区别,不能反映聚合物溶液从地面进入地层的整个剪切过程。现在在前人工作的基础上,设计了一种用于测定聚合物溶液性能的多级剪切方法,结果表明利用这种多级剪切方法测得的聚合物溶液性能与现场矿场试验得到的结果更为接近,可为聚合物溶液的选择和驱油方案的判定提供判断依据。
The biggest problem of the polymer solution is facing the shear degradation which can cause performance degradation of the polymer solution when injected into the formation,which led to the deterioration of polymer flooding effect. The field test is time-consuming,expensive and comparative analysis of the results is more difficult.There's an essential difference between the shear effect of indoor simulation study and the shear effect of porous medium in the formation,which cannot reflect the whole process of the polymer solution been sheared from the ground into the formation. On the basis of previous work,the method of multistage shearing using for measuring the properties of polymer solution was designed. The results show that the properties measured by the multistage shearing method are more closer to the results measured in the field test,which can provide the basis to judge for the selection of polymer solution and the judgment of oil displacement program for polymer flooding.
