高密度聚氯乙烯管混凝土柱轴压性能试验研究

摘要 为研究高密度聚氯乙烯管混凝土短柱的轴压力学性能,制作了16个高密度聚氯乙烯管混凝土试件和4个无高密度聚氯乙烯管混凝土试件;并对其进行了轴心受压力学性能对比试验研究。研究了影响高密度聚氯乙烯管混凝土试件轴压力学性能的主要因素,包括管内混凝土强度、试件不同的受力方式、有无高密度聚氯乙烯管约束、试件的高径比等因素。试验结果表明,高密度聚氯乙烯管提高了混凝土柱的极限承载力,增大了核心混凝土的变形能力,高密度聚氯乙烯管对混凝土的约束效果随着混凝土强度的增加而有所降低;不同的受力方式下,试件的轴压承载力和变形能力有区别;随着试件高径比逐渐增大,高密度聚氯乙烯管混凝土承载能力逐渐减小,可塑性逐渐降低。 Four short columns without PVC tube confined and sixteen PVC tubed short concrete columns were tested under axial load. The purpose of the test was to research physical properties of concrete short columns. The major influence factors such as strength of concrete,loading condition,with the restrain of PVC or not and ratio of height to diameter were researched. And the results reveal that ultimate carrying capacity and deformation performance of core concrete were increased with the restrain of PVC tube. The effectiveness of PVC tube on concrete will decrease with the increase of concrete strength load- carrying capacity and deformation capacity of short composite columns made some difference in different stress conditions. With the increasing ratio of height to diameter,plasticity and load- carrying capacity of short composite columns were decreased gradually.
