摘要
针对高速铁路动态巡检系统中扣件缺失的快速识别问题,提出一种新型的探测方法:利用红外光源垂直照射钢轨扣件形成三束红外结构光,通过硬件系统实现高速相机对实时图像的采集.利用图像形态学处理等图像处理方法,对所采集图像进行预处理、实现扣件定位、扣件特征提取、识别判断并将结果存储至后台数据库,实现检测数据的实时管理。研发了一套基于轨检小车平台的动态巡检实验系统,经实验室模拟实验以及上线测验证明了该方法实际可行,具有很高的准确性和可靠性。
A new detection method is now proposed,for fast detection and recognition problem of fastener in dynamic inspection system of high-speed railway. Infrared light source vertical irradiating fasteners,three beams of parallel structured light are issued above the fastener and images are obtained by a high-speed camera through hardware system. Preprocessing of the captured image,realize fasteners positioning,fasteners feature extraction,recognition and stores the results to the background database for real-time management of data. Developing a dynamic inspection experimental system based on the trolley platform. By simulation experiments and tests on the line to prove that the method is practical,with high accuracy and reliability.
