摘要
将基于WindowsCE实现低比特率视频通信作为研究方向 ,主要论述了以下问题 :介绍了WindowsCE的通信编程方法 ,重点描述了WindowsCE调制解调器通信技术的特点和编程方法 ;实现了一个基于WindowsCE的H .2 6 3视频信号接收解码方案 ;设计了一个快速设备无关位图的显示方法 .该软件具有硬件开放、传输解码速度快、误码率低。
The paper focused on implementation of very low bit rate video communication and playback software on the Windows CE based palm_size PC. The main aspects discussed in this paper are as follows: discussion of Windows CE communication programming, the emphasis of this section is Windows CE MODEM programming method;a decoder H.263 is developed on a Windows CE based palm_size PC;developed a fast display method of device independent bit map.The software has its own characters:high quality of compatibility,high speed of transmission and decoding;low error rate and good display effect and so on.
