Discussion on the occupational health management of water conservancy project construction

作为施工安全管理中的一项重要工作——职业健康管理,在施工作业过程中经常被忽视,并且部分施工企业不熟悉有关职业健康管理的要求及工作方法、程序。本文系统梳理了有关针对施工企业职业健康管理的法规、规范,结合有关水利安全生产标准化的要求,明确了如何在施工现场开展职业危害因素识别、职业危害场所监测及作业人员职业健康防护等工作。

Occupational health management, as an important work in construction safety management, is often neglected in the process of construction. Some construction enterprises are not familiar with the requirements, working methods and procedures about the occupational health management. In the paper, regulations and specifications aiming at consturction enterprise occupational health management are systematically sorted. Requirements about water conservancy safety production standardization are combined for making clear how to implement occupational hazard factor recognition, occupational hazard occasion monitoring and operator occupational health protection, etc. at the construction site.
