摘要
为监测观音阁水库大坝水工建筑物的运行,掌握其变化规律,取得必要的原型观测资料,更好地发挥大坝的各种功能,对观音阁水库大坝监测监控系统进行了自动化改造设计,改造工程包括大坝外观和内观监测仪器的自动化改造以及大坝闸门的自动控制系统。监测监控系统采用光纤监测技术,不仅能够使观音阁水库大坝监测监控系统经自动化改造后达到国际最先进水平,而且建安工程量小,运行、维护、管理非常方便。通过观音阁水库大坝自动化监控系统改造,能够实现观音阁水库大坝安全的自动化监测管理,保证观音阁水库大坝的安全,以及大坝下游各区域的人身及财产安全。
Automatic improvement design is implemented on dam monitoring and controlling system in Guanyinge Reservoir in order to monitor the operation of hydraulic structures, master the change law, obtain necessary prototype observation data, and better play various functions of the dam. Improvement project includes the automatic renovation of dam appearance and internal monitoring instrument as well as the automatic controlling system of dam gate. Fiber optic monitoring technology is adopted in the monitoring and controlling system. Dam monitoring and controlling system in Guanyinge Reservoir can reach the most advanced level all over the world after automatic improvement, construction and installation engineering quantity is small, and it is very convenient in operation, maintenance and management. The automatic monitoring management of dam safety in Guanyinge Reservoir can be realized according to the automation improvement of mornitoring and controlling system, thereby guaranteeing the safety of Guanyinge Reservoir dam as well as the personal and property safety of all areas on the downstream part of the dam.
