风机用外转子永磁同步电机的齿槽转矩优化

摘要 介绍了外转子永磁同步电机在风机领域中具有的优势和存在的振动过大的问题。分析了齿槽转矩产生的原理并推荐了以ANSYS/Maxwell 2D建立的二维有限元模型为基础的、降低齿槽转距的几种工程应用方法。 Advantages of the external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor for fans as well as its disad- vantages such as the over vibration in it were introduced. Principle to produce the cogging torque was analyzed while several engineering examples were listed based upon the 2D finite element model established by means of the software ANSYS/Maxwell.
