Research on the Knowledge Service of Guangxi Science and Technology Library

阐述了知识服务的内涵,分析了科技图书馆开展知识服务的必要性,揭示了广西科技图书馆在知识服务方面存在的问题,从知识服务观念、馆员素质建设、知识服务定位、资源建设等方面,就广西科技图书馆如何由信息服务向知识服务转型的问题提出了相应的建议和措施。

This paper expounds the connotation of the knowledge service, analyzes the necessity for the science and technology library to provide the knowledge service, reveals the problems existing in the knowledge service of Guangxi Science and Technology Library, and from the aspects of the concept of the knowledge service, the construction of the librarian quality, the positioning of the knowledge service, and the construction of the literature resources, etc., and puts forward some corresponding suggestions and measures for the transformation of Guangxi Science and Technology Library from the information service into the knowledge service.
