全媒体时代高校图书馆信息服务现状及对策研究

Research on the Present Situation of and Countermeasures for University Library's Information Service in the Omnimedia Era

为了解全媒体时代高校图书馆信息服务存在的问题,提升图书馆信息服务水平,对浙江省高校图书馆读者进行了问卷调查,结果表明,大多数读者对高校图书馆信息服务满意或基本满意,但有很多读者对高校图书馆服务项目不太了解,50%以上的图书馆没有通过新媒体提供信息服务,在此基础上,提出了提高图书馆信息服务水平的建议和对策。

In order to understand the problems existing in university library＇s information service in the omnimedia era and enhance the service level of the library, this paper carries out a questionnaire survey on the readers in university libraries of Zhejiang Province, the results of which show that most of the readers are satisfied or basically satisfied with the information service of university library, but many readers do not know much about for university library＇s services, and more than 50% of the libraries do not provide information services through the new media, and on this basis, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on improving university library＇s information service level.
