褶皱部位网状色素异常一例
Dowling-Degos disease: a case report
摘要
临床资料
患者,女,75岁。主因腋下、腹股沟褐色斑片2个月,于2015年7月23日就诊。2个月前,患者腋下、腹股沟出现褐色斑片,逐渐增多,无瘙痒疼痛等不适。既往体健,无高血压、糖尿病等慢性病史,家族中无类似疾病史。体格检查：各系统检查未见明显异常。皮肤科情况：腋下、腹股沟可见棕褐色网状斑,颈部、乳房下、肘窝、及腘窝散在米粒至钱币大小棕褐色斑,部分融合,表面光滑无鳞屑（图1）。
