摘要
作为工程项目建设的直接参与方,建设单位人员的项目管理能力对工程项目建设有着重要的影响。为了对建设单位人员的项目管理能力进行评价,根据建设单位人员在工程建设过程中参与的各个环节的工作及其应具备的项目管理能力,初步建立了包含8个二级指标和24个三级指标的评标指标体系,采用问卷调查分析修正并确立了该体系。在此基础上,构建ANP-FCE模型对建设单位人员项目管理能力进行实证分析,并绘制了相应的项目管理能力度雷达图,明确显示出建设单位人员各项能力的差异。
As the direct participant of construction projects,the project management capacity of staff at construction unit has an important impact on the construction projects. In order to evaluate the project management capability of construction unit staff,an evaluation indicator system including 8 secondary level indicators and 24 third level indicators is built according to the tasks and skills that construction unit staff may have during the construction. Then,questionnaires are used to consummate and finally establish the evaluation indicator system,based on which ANP-FCE model is selected and built to make an empirical evaluation. Finally,a radar chart is given so as to clearly demonstrate the differences between the capacities of construction unit staff.
