基于结构方程模型的项目经理胜任力的关键影响因素研究

Key Impact Factor Study of Project Manager Competency Based on Structural Equation Modeling

为探讨经济新常态下工程项目经理胜任力的关键影响因素、各影响因素对胜任力的影响程度以及影响因素是通过什么途径影响胜任力,构建了以个人特质、综合管理能力和专业知识为自变量,以工程项目经理胜任力为因变量的结构模型。通过对国内大中型建筑企业的市场调查,共收回297份有效调查问卷,运用结构方程模型进行了分析。研究结果得出:工程项目经理胜任力主要受3个关键因素的影响,影响程度由大到小依次为综合管理能力、个人特质、专业知识;个人特质对胜任力没有直接影响,而是通过综合管理能力和专业知识中介变量来影响等结论。

In order to explore and discuss the key impact factors,the degree of various impact factors on the competency and the way of impact factors on competency in new normal economic status,this paper constructs the structure model,which sets the personal characteristics,comprehensive management skills and professional knowledge as independent variables,and sets project item manager competency as dependent variable. Through the market investigation of 19 large and medium-sized construction enterprises in our country,the author collects 297 effective questionnaires in total. Based on the obtained investigation data,the author applies structural equation model to conduct analysis. The study result shows that：competency of project manager is mainly influenced by 3 key factors,their influence degrees are in rank（from big to small）：comprehensive management ability,personal characteristics and professional knowledge;personal characteristics have no direct influence on competency,which influences the conclusion through comprehensive management ability,professional knowledge and other intervening variables.
