帕金森病患者血清YKL-40、IL-6水平变化及其意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察帕金森病(PD)患者血清人软骨糖蛋白39(YKL-40)、IL-6水平变化,并探讨其意义。方法PD患者97例(观察组),健康体检者65例(对照组),采用ELISA法检测两组血清YKL-40、IL-6,蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)评估两组认知功能,统一PD评分量表(UPDRS)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别评定观察组患者精神行为、情绪及日常生活和运动功能,改良Hoehn-Yahr分期(H-Y分期)评估观察组患者临床病情程度。结果观察组血清YKL-40、IL-6水平及Mo CA评分分别为(4.1±1.2)mg/m L、(5.8±1.7)pg/m L、(14.5±4.8)分,对照组分别为(3.3±0.8)mg/m L、(2.4±1.1)pg/m L、(27.7±6.9)分,两组比较,P均<0.05。观察组UPDRSⅠ评分(3.2±1.4)分,UPDRSⅡ评分(24.3±5.2)分,UPDRSⅢ评分(34.5±6.3)分,H-Y分期评分(3.0±1.1)分。观察组血清YKL-40、IL-6水平均与Mo CA评分呈负相关(r分别为-0.543、-0.361,P均<0.05),血清YKL-40分别与UPDRSⅡ评分、UPDRSⅢ评分呈正相关(r分别为0.517、0.325,P均<0.05),血清YKL-40水平与H-Y分期评分呈正相关(r=0.472,P<0.05)。结论 PD患者血清YKL-40、IL-6水平升高,检测两指标有助于PD患者认知功能及病情判断。
