巨大右房伴大量三尖瓣返流患者植入起搏器一例 被引量：1

摘要 风湿性心脏病三尖瓣重度关闭不全伴大量返流,交界性逸搏伴心室夺获,行起搏器植入术,术中见右房非常巨大,导丝无法跨过三尖瓣,改用多功能导管使用右心导管操作手法,成功将导管送入右室,交换导丝,将长J形导丝(2m)送入左下肺动脉避免操作中导丝脱出,在室间隔部植入3830电极。
