井下无轨设备延长寿命周期的管理探讨

Discussion on management for prolonging life cycle of underground trackless equipments

无轨设备是三山岛金矿的主要生产设备,且正朝向集成化、大型化、连续化、精密化、自动化、技术密集型的方向发展。目前,矿山运行成本高昂,要求矿山必须发挥先进装备和设备资产的最大效益。笔者针对无轨设备各使用阶段的经济性、寿命周期、费用管理等情况,提出通过设备大修管理、强化基础管理和现场管理、建立无轨设备的检测与预防体系等方式,合理延长设备使用时间,达到输出效益最大化的目的,为矿山降本增效探索新的管理模式。

The trackless equipment is the major production facility in Sanshandao Gold Mine, and is developing towards integration, large scale, continuity, precision, automation and technical intensiveness. At present, due to high operation cost in mines, the maximum benefit of the advanced equipments is required. In the paper, according to economy, life cycle and cost management of the trackless equipment at each stage, such approaches as equipment overhaul management, reinforcement of basic management and site management, establishment of detection and prevention system of the trackless equipment were proposed, thus the service duration of the equipment prolonged, the maximum output benefit realized. The approaches offered new management mode for cost reduction and benefit enhancement in mines.
