摘要
针对目前大采高综采液压立柱初撑力不足、能耗高等问题,提出了一种新型大采高支架立柱液压系统及其控制步骤。该系统设置了立柱自动增压回路和降柱泄压能量回收再利用回路,可以提高立柱初撑力,实现降柱泄压能量回收再利用,有利于降低主供液路压力等级,提高能量利用率。
In view of insufficient initial setting load and high energy consumption of the column of the fullymechanized hydraulic support with large mining height, the paper proposed a new type of hydraulic system for the column and its control procedure. The system was loaded with column automatic pressure boosting circuit and recovery and recycle circuit of energy from column drop, thus the initial setting load of the column enhanced, the recovery and recycle of energy from column drop realized, which was conducive to decrease of the pressure level of the main oil feeding circuit and enhancement of energy utilization.
