卧式搅拌磨机在选铁工艺的探索性工业试验

摘要 汝阳东沟矿床中磁铁矿的粒度嵌布比较细,在选铁再磨工艺段,使用国产WJM卧式搅拌磨机进行了工业探索试验。试验结果表明:在相同给矿条件下,WJM卧式搅拌磨机的装机功率较现场磨机降低了14.8个百分点,磨矿产品细度(-23?m)较传统球磨机增加了8.65个百分点;铁精矿指标提高了3~5个百分点,回收率较传统卧式磨机提高了8.24个百分点。在一定范围内,适当提高磨机的转速和充填率可提高磨矿产品的细度。 The magnetite in Ruyang Donggou Mine was characterized by fine dissemination size. During regrinding stage of iron beneficiation, homemade WJM horizontal stirred mill was applied to the exploratory industrial test. The test results showed: at the same feeding conditions, the installed power of WJM horizontal stirred mill decreased by 14.8 percentage points compared with that of site mill, the product fineness(-23 mm) increased by 8.65 percentage points compared with that of traditional ball mill; the index of iron concentrate enhanced by 3 ~ 5 percentage points, and the recovery increased by 8.24 percentage points compared with that of traditional horizontal mill. During a certain range, appropriate enhancement of the rotary velocity and the filling ratio of the mill were conducive to increase of product fineness.
