摘要
针对西藏某钼硫多金属矿石进行选矿工艺试验研究。在方案试验及条件试验的基础上,推荐采用钼硫等可浮选-再磨分离工艺流程,钼硫分离采用有效的脉石抑制剂六偏磷酸钠和铜、硫组合抑制剂YLN与QY,闭路试验可获得精矿Mo品位50.69%、Mo回收率83.39%的良好试验指标。
Test study on beneficiation process of a molybdenum-sulfide multi-metal ore from Tibet was conducted. On the basis of scheme test and conditional test, the beneficiation process involving molybdenum-sulfide flotability ranking flotation and then regrinding separation was applied. During molybdenum-sulfide separation, effective gangue depressant(Na PO3)6 and copper-sulfide combined depressant YLN and QY were applied, after closedcircuit test, the concentrate with Mo grade of 50.69% and Mo recovery of 83.39% was obtained.
