摘要
齿轮传动系统的扭振特性对瓦斯抽放钻机的工作性能具有重要影响。基于虚拟样机技术,采用ADMAS软件对齿轮传动系统扭振特性进行仿真分析,得到恒定负载下的系统各传动轴角速度及角加速度的变化规律。仿真结果表明,钻机负载越大,各传动轴的角速度及角加速度波动幅度越大;相同负载下,传动系统级数越高,角速度和角加速度的波动越大,扭振也越剧烈。研究结果对于瓦斯抽放钻机齿轮传动系统的设计具有一定的指导意义。
The torsional vibration characteristics of the gear transmission system have important impact on the operation performance of the gas drainage drilling rig. In the paper, ADAMS was applied to simulate and analyze the torsional vibration characteristic of the gear transmission system, and the variation laws of angular velocity and angular acceleration of each shaft of the system at constant loads were obtained. The simulation results showed: the greater the load of the drilling rig was, the greater the fluctuation amplitude of the angular velocity and the angular acceleration of each shaft was; at the same load, the more the number of the stage of the transmission system was, the greater the fluctuation amplitude of the angular velocity and the angular acceleration was, the severer the torsion was. The research results possessed some guidance for the design of the gear transmission system of the gas drainage drilling rig.
