摘要
选择性激光烧结技术在铸造生产应用过程中经常出现一些问题。本研究通过优化烧结方式、单层厚度、烧结间距、激光功率等参数,提高了砂芯的强度和精度,满足铸造生产的需要。
Some problems always occur during the application of selective laser sintering(SLS) technology to the casting production. The strength and the precision of the sand core were improved through the parameters optimization of the way of sintering single layer thickness, sintering spacing and the laser sintering power, which meet requirement of the casting production.
