摘要
汽车制动盘要求材料有较高的导热性、耐磨性、抗热疲劳性及良好的金相组织。随着汽车制动盘的服役条件变得越来越恶劣,传统的非合金灰铸铁制动盘不能满足其苛刻的性能要求。本研究采用正交试验,利用JMat Pro对不同成分的制动盘进行相组成及力学性能的计算,成功研发出一种新型合金灰铸铁,完全满足技术要求。
The brake discs of automotive require materials with high thermal conductivity, good wear resistance, good thermal fatigue resistance and excellent metallurgical structures. With the worsening of the service conditions of the automotive brake disc, traditional unalloyed gray cast iron brake discs can not meet its demanding performance requirements. By using orthogonal tests, calculating the phase composition and mechanical properties of different composition of the brake discs with JMatPro, a new type of alloy gray cast iron was successfully developed, which completely meets the technical requirements.
