This article describes a product development approach based on the automatic generation of CAD data, these CAD data can be used as a structural analysis and production plan of the aircraft fuselage. In the design aspect of the introduction makes the introduction of a prototype and tools in the production of expensive activities before making a feasible design, production planning and process validation. Network analysis for the simulation of aircraft fuselage assembly operations shows that when the capital efficiency is increased by 19%, compared to the actual assembly process, the use of labor can be significantly improved.
