Advances in mechanical embolectomy for acute ischemic stroke

摘要 作为一种直接的血管再通手段,机械取栓治疗的安全性和有效性一直存在着争议。文章通过对机械取栓装置的发展过程以及机械取栓治疗最新临床试验结果的总结,对机械取栓治疗急性缺血性卒中的安全性和有效性进行了综述。 As a direct vascular recanalization method, safety and efficacy of mechanical embolectomy in acute ischemic stroke have been controversial. This article reviews the safety and efficacy of mechanical embolectomy in acute ischemic stroke via summarizing the development process of mechanical devices and the latest clinical trial results of mechanical embolectomy.
