二联疗法合心理疏导对中风病先兆证患者脑血管功能的影响

Effects of Two Combined Therapy and Psychological Counseling on Cerebral Vascular Function in Patients with Stroke

目的:观察二联疗法合心理疏导对中风病先兆证(AAS)患者脑血管功能的影响。方法:100例中风病先兆证患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组59例,对照组41例,治疗组在常规用药基础上加外敷乳没磁朱软膏于耳门、听会穴部位,内服潜阳息风汤并配合心理疏导,对照组给予常规西药,利用经颅多普勒超声检测颅脑血流动力学参数。结果:治疗组脑动脉VM、PI、RI及频谱形态等的改善优于对照组。结论:二联疗法合心理疏导能够调节中风病先兆证患者脑动脉血流速度,减少瘀阻,改善脑血管功能。

Objective： To observe the effect of cerebral vascular function on traditional Chinese medicine coordinate psychological consultation for apoplexy aural syndrome（AAS）. Methods： 100 cases patients of apoplexy aural syndrome were divided into 2 groups at random, 59 cases to treatment group, 41 cases to the control group. Routine western medicine add traditional medicine plaster Rumo cizhu ointment in front of ears, Qianyang xifeng decoction to be taken orally, coordinate psychological consultation were give to treatment group, routine western medicine was give to the control group. Cerebral blood dynamics detection with TCD. Results ：The VM,PI,RI and the spectrum of treatment group were obviously improved than control group. Conclusion： In AAS patients, TCM therapy coordinate psychological consultation could regulate cerebral artery flow velocity, reduce blood resistance, improve the cerebral vascular function.
