益气活血护心方对冠心病心绞痛患者治疗效果及血清血管内皮生长因子的影响

Effects of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation and Protecting Heart Prescription on the Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris and Its Influence to the Serum Vascular Endothelial Growth Factors

目的:观察益气活血护心方对冠心病心绞痛患者疗效及血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法:选取2012年1月至2014年10月期间于我院收治的126例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各63例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用益气活血护心方,比较2组患者的中医证候疗效、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、血清VEGF水平和左心射血分数(LVEF)。结果:观察组治疗后的中医证候积分、心绞痛发作次数和持续时间均显著低于对照组,观察组的中医证候疗效、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效显著优于对照组。治疗后观察组的血清VEGF水平和LVEF均显著高于对照组,而c Tn I、c Tn T、CK-MB及Mb水平则明显低于对照组。结论:益气活血护心方能显著改善冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状,疗效令人满意,可能与其能显著提高血清VEGF水平有关。

Objective： To observe the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Huxin prescription on therapeutic efficacy of coronary heart disease angina pectoris and serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）. Methods ：126 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris from January 2012 to October 2014 were enrolled the study and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group 63 cases in each group. Cases in the control group were given conventional western medicine. Based on it, patients in the control group were given Yiqi Huoxue Hnxin prescription. The therapeutic efficacy of the TCM syndrome, angina pectoris and ECG, serum level of VEGF and left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） were compared between two groups. Results TCM syndrome score, anagina episodes and duration in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group. The therapeutic efficacy of the TCM syndrome, angina pectoris and ECG in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group. Serum level of VEGF and LVEF in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group, and the level of cTnI,cTnT, CK-MB and Mb were significantly lower than that in the control groups. Conclusion：Yiqi Huoxue Huxin prescription could significantly improve syndrome of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Its clinical effect is satisfactory and may be related to the increasing level of serum VEGF.
