基于中医肾阳理论探析慢性肾衰竭患者甲状腺激素水平的变化

Changes of Thyroid Hormone Levels in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure Based on Kidney Yyang Theory of TCM

甲状腺激素具有重要的生理功能,在调节机体生长、发育、代谢等方面发挥着重要作用。肾脏在甲状腺激素的生成、分泌及降解中起重要作用。当慢性肾脏病进行性发展至肾功能衰竭时,甲状腺功能可出现不同程度的紊乱。慢性肾衰竭患者甲状腺激素水平的变化情况已引起国内外学者的关注,但其具体机制以及干预措施尚未有统一定论。故结合现代研究成果,从中医肾阳角度出发,探析慢性肾衰竭患者甲状腺激素水平的变化,为中医药治疗慢性肾衰竭提供理论基础。

Thyroid hormone has many important physiological functions, such as the body＇s growth, development, metabolism and so on. The kidney plays an important role in the production secretion and degradation of thyroid hormone. Thyroid function can appear different degrees of disorder in chronic renal failure patients. Thyroid hormone level changes in patients with chronic renal failure has aroused the attention of scholars both at home and abroad. But the specific mechanism and treatment have not unified conclusion. From the kidney Yang physiological functions, combined with modern research achievements, the change of thyroid hormone levels in patients with chronic renal failure were analyzed. It can provide theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic renal failure.
