黄岩杰辨治小儿慢性肠系膜淋巴结炎经验

Experience of Professor Huang Yanjie on the Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Chronic Lymphadenitis of Mesentery in Children

慢性肠系膜淋巴结炎临床表现为长期反复腹痛、肠系膜淋巴结肿大,是小儿反复腹痛的常见原因之一,属于中医"腹痛"范畴。黄岩杰教授将本病的病因归纳为冷热之气与脏气相击为病和内伤饮食致脾胃虚弱两大方面。本病的病机特点为寒热错杂、虚实夹杂、脾胃气机升降失常,因此治疗本病时应以调理脾胃为主,兼以平衡寒热、消食导滞、化痰理气、软坚散结。

The clinical manifestation of chronic lymphadenitis of mesentery includes abdominal pain for a long time repeatedly and enlargement of mesenteric lymph nodes. Chronic lymphadenitis of mesentery is one of the common causes of recurrent abdominal pain in children, which belongs to the concept of abdominal pain in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. Professor Huang Yanjie summarized its etiology and pathogenesis into two aspects： cold and hot interact with visceral-qi, internal injury diet to spleen-stomach deficiency. The characteristic of pathogenesis are cold-heat jumble, simultaneous insufficiency and excessive, the qi activity of spleen-stomach disorder. Therefore, the main treatment of chronic lymphadenitis of mesentery in TCM is regulating the spleen and stomach, concurrently with balancing cold and heat, promoting digestion, resolving phlegm and regulating qi-flowing, resolving hard lump.
